Weekend courses: Chen style Taiji Yi Lu and Chen style Taiji sword**********
Chen style Taiji Yi Lu form and theory
Contents: The classical long Yi Lu form (83 movements) of Chen style Taiji and Taiji theory as applied to Yi Lu training. This is large frame (da jia) Chen style as taught by Chen Fake (1887-1957). The course is also suitable for those with no previous experience of Yi Lu but an elementary knowledge of the basics of Taiji is recommended.
Equipment: Indoor training equipment (t-shirt, workout pants and indoor shoes (recommended)).
Time and place: Saturday March 13, 2010, 10-16 at Elias school's gym, Enrensvärdintie 31-35, Helsinki. There will be a lunch break of about one hour.

Chen style Taiji sword
Contents: Chen style Taiji sword form (56 movements) and the basics of sword usage. We will review the things taught on earlier sword classes and learn new things. All those interested in Taiji sword are welcome, an elementary knowledge of Taiji principles is recommended.
Equipment: Indoor training equipment (t-shirt, workout pants and indoor shoes (recommended)) and a sword. We can borrow a few swords for those who do not have one. Please contact Ville Heikkala,
