Feng Zhiqiang 1928-2012

Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang passed away in a Beijing hospital on May 5th, 2012, in the age of 85. He was the Chen style Taiji teacher of our master Lü Baochun and the student of the famous Chen Fake. Master Feng was known all over the world and was one of the biggest names in Taiji's recent history. He was known for his impressive fighting skills, his high morale and the style he developed, Chen Style Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan which is a fusion of the teachings of his main teachers: Hu Yaozhen's Xinyi and Chen Fake's Taiji.

We will remember with warmth this giant of the internal martial arts and express our deepest condolences to his loved ones.
